This service consists in assessing with complete objectivity the situation of maintenance organisation within an enterprise, particularly :

This report can be then used for making a diagnosis followed up with possible proposals to correct the maintenance strategy, if required.
Diagnosis
The diagnosis consits in analysing the existing conditions based on experience gained on other sites and in proposing improvement solutions.

From the set up to CMMS implementation
That means taking charge of following actions:
